We provide a software design and business analysis service which can either supplement your own design / BA team, by providing additional capacity, or we can take on specific projects (small or large) in full. Projects can be for applications being developed from the ground up, or enhancements to existing systems. Our service includes all aspects of requirement and functional design, including any "mix" from the below:

- Initial high level requirements analysis & feasibility review, providing options for consideration
- Sourcing and collating requirements input from multiple sources (such as market analysis, representatives from potential customers, key individuals, tender analyses....)
- Production of high level blueprint designs & sample mock-up screen designs (wireframe)
- Detailed solution maps and breakdown of modules and features
- Functional specifications
We can produce specifications which follow a traditional waterfall development methodology, or use an agile approach focusing around user stories, or adopt a hybrid/mixed or bespoke approach. We are also flexible to utilise templates or formats which follow your own standards, or provide specifications using our own templates. Our services are provided remotely (having all the necessary tools to engage with you effectively) with occasional onsite work where appropriate.
