Introducing Peripoint Academy

At the heart of a successful implementation, is comprehensive and effective training that ensures that users across all repairs, maintenance and compliance functions gains detailed knowledge and  understanding in order to carry out their roles confidently, efficiently, accurately and in alignment with defined processes & responsibilities.


Training needs to cover all aspects of users roles, so they have clear expectations of how they will undertake activities using Cx following go live.  There should also be plenty of opportunity for hands-on experience within the training programme to acquire familiarity and assurance with using the new systems and processes.

From our past experience, organizations that have not appropriately planned and invested in quality training has resulted in:  poor customer experience as users are unable to quickly and effectively handle customer requests;  data quality issues as users make mistakes or fail to follow processes / expected functions;  reduction (rather than improvement) in service levels & KPIs as a consequence of poor data quality and users failing to fulfil their expected responsibilities; fire-fighting to deliver the service; users reverting to old processes or "how they used to operate the old system";  confusion and frustration leading to inappropriate workarounds as a result of misunderstandings and lack of understanding.

Building on our extensive and unique knowledge with the cx product set that we offer through our consultancy services, we formed "Peripoint Academy" to be able to offer comprehensive training solutions covering the above Cx products and modules.   Our approach ensures that a comprehensive programme of training can be defined and delivered which pulls together all aspects of the overall solution around each role, providing clarity and detailed instruction, along with hands-on exercises, empowering users to be effective from day one, and avoiding the pitfalls above.

We can offer a custom solution based around any combinations of the following:

  • Assisting with establishing roles and defining a training programme based around your solution and timelines
  • Build of customized training courses in any of the following formats (or hybrid):
  • Professionally built and narrated video based training to deliver in an e-training format.  Videos can be provided in "chapters" to be incorporated into your own eLearning platform. 
  • Training packs for your own trainers to deliver (including train the trainer), complete with documented trainer instructions and guidance
  • Training courses delivered by our own consultants remotely or onsite
  • Provision of worked examples, exercises, tests, and recommendations to confirm understanding
  • Creation of associated workbooks to accompany each course
  • Design a control matrix to ensure all trainees progress through their assigned courses as expected
  • Creation of crib sheets, user guides & manuals, and quick video reminders for key functions and processes that can be used for reference on an ongoing basis
  • Determine mechanisms and metrics to monitor user performance to identify follow-up training & mentoring actions post go-live

Within our video courses we make strong use of graphics and animations to clearly convey concepts and understanding to the audience,  accompanied by high quality narration recorded in our own audio-visual studio. All of our courses, videos and supporting documents can be customised to include your branding, and content updated to reflect the messaging you wish to convey through the training sessions.  Each course (for all formats of delivery) is initially constructed from our pre-existing library of content and templates, which we further customize according to your needs to provide you with a tailored solution.
