Our background and experience of working with multiple clients, focusing specifically on Repairs, Contractor and Asset Management within the Cx platform, enables us to deliver subject matter expertise and solutions designed and built to make the most of your investment in Cx.
Our lead consultant previously worked with Civica for 19 years, and during this time was the principal designer of the Cx Contractor solution right from its initial conception through to its product launch giving him an in-depth knowledge, understanding and experience of the product set that no other independent consultants currently have.

Workshops, Analysis and Solution Blueprints
Through a series of workshops, we can understand and help you refine your vision for the solution that you require to implement. Based on this we can then provide a comprehensive understanding of the Cx Repairs, Contractor and Asset solutions alongside discussing how the Cx platform can be built and used to achieve the vision.
We document both the vision and the Cx build requirements into a full solution blueprint which provides THE key master reference for the solution to be implemented. From this, we typically work through prototyping and demonstrations to validate and refine where appropriate, updating the blueprint to ensure it remains the master reference. The implementation thus becomes more controlled, measurable and assured with activities clearly defined.

We have worked with numerous organizations to produce a full set of detailed scripts, and where requested we have carried out full functional testing and issue definition / ticketing. Strong testing substantially improves the quality of the implemented solution and provides assurance that it is fit for purpose ahead of UAT and go-live.

We have an exceptional knowledge of the Cx database for Cx Repairs and Contractor - whilst working for Civica our lead consultant designed a large proportion of the Cx Contractor database.
We have strong experience working with several clients providing: training on the DB, writing complex SQL scripts for both support and reporting purposes, developing scripts for use with data loading and revision during implementation, and writing stored procedures to support configuration and logic applied within the Cx solution.
We have a large library of scripts we have previously created, and can utilize to produce output quickly and efficiently.

Custom Training Packs, Video Training Courses, Documentation & Manuals
We can provide custom training solutions to be delivered either as classroom style courses, or as professionally built narrated video training created in our own audio-visual studio.
Alongside the course video or presentation pack, we can also provide workbooks for attendees and trainer guides where you use your own trainers. The Cx platform incorporates a comprehensive suite of webservice APIs which can form the basis of real-time (or near real-time) integration with external partners such as Clients or Contractors.
Peripoint undertook a project with Look Ahead, to remobilize their primary external contractors with strong integration covering the full life-cycle of jobs - from initial job raise and appointment booking, through status progression, exception management, variations, completion and invoicing.
By implementing integration, you can achieve reduction of admin effort, improved real-time visibility of job statuses, effective management of exceptions, enhanced communications with customers, and the basis for performance management.

Upgrades, Re-configuration and Enhancements
Regular updates are available to the Cx product set, incorporating fixes to known issues alongside the release of new or revised functionality that has been developed. Often sites choose to upgrade to a release which spans multiple versions and therefore a more extensive set of fixes and enhancements.
Robust and thorough testing is essential to ensure stability - however test scripts may need to be revised, extended or refocussed to provide assurance. In addition, upgrades can provide opportunity to introduce improvements, remove workarounds, and become more streamlined.
