Peripoint were engaged to carry out a review of how how the solution was being used to assess opportunities to improve customer service, provide improvements for better work management, reduce administration and troubleshoot teething problems.

One of the most fundamental actions identified for action related to the core underlying repairs structures (known as the "Contractor Hierarchy") which were not aligned to the operational needs of the Organization.  By re-designing the underlying structure, we were able to identify opportunities to provide more focus to key teams; introduce accountability; provide the basis for cascading performance management and supervision; and achieve an accurate and up-to-date order book enabling work to be effectively managed. 

We undertook a lead consultancy role with  a major social housing provider embarking on an implementation of the repairs and contractor product sets within Cx.  We delivered a series of workshops to create a suite of solution blueprints which defined the vision, requirements, process and configuration.  Our involvement continued through the implementation phase delivering a broad range of activities  and supporting the project team with our specialist knowledge and expertise.
